Care instructions

Extra instructions to care for press on nails will be included in package.
Avoid water for at least 2 hours after application for best adhesion. To extend the life of your nails, remove them gently and store in a dry, safe place. Avoid harsh chemicals, and file off any glue residue carefully to prevent damage.

Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

Due to hygiene reasons and the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or alteration requests after delivery.

Please share any preferences or custom requests before placing your order — we can only accommodate requests communicated in advance. All sales are final, but if an unexpected issue occurs, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help when we can.

Digital products- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we cannot offer returns or cancellations. If you experience any issues with your download, please reach out — we’re happy to help!

Sizing details

A sizing kit is strongly recommended if you’re unsure about which size to choose.
Standard sizes are available to choose from. If you need a custom size, simply select the “custom” option and include your specific measurements or sizing request in a message with your order.

Do you offer refunds?

Because each item is custom and handmade, we do not offer refunds. In the rare case an item is damaged during shipping, contact us so that we can file a claim with USPS. To submit a claim, you must have photos of the damaged item and all original packaging; USPS may require you to present the package or dispose of the item with proof.

**All shipping damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

What if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen?

ArchiNailture is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost in transit, or stolen after delivery — these situations are beyond our control once your order is handed off to the shipping carrier. For delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

If you suspect mail theft, you can request the GPS scan location from the carrier and file a report with your local police department.

If a sale starts after I place my order, will you refund the difference?

The price you pay at checkout reflects the item’s price at the time of your order. We’re unable to apply future sale prices retroactively or issue refunds for discounts that occur after your purchase.

What if my package is returned to the sender?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

What if the nails do not fit?

A detailed size chart is included in every listing. Please refer to it before ordering, as it’s the buyer’s responsibility to select the correct size. If you’re unsure, we recommend ordering a sizing kit or choosing the larger size — nails can always be filed down for a better fit.

Will the color be exactly as pictured?

olors are shown as accurately as possible in the product photos, but they may not appear exactly the same in person. Differences in lighting during photography and variations in screen displays (phone, tablet, or monitor settings) can cause slight color variations.

Are the nails reusable?

Yes, they are reusable. The number of times you can reuse them depends on how well they are cared for. To reuse, you’ll need to gently buff off the nail glue from the underside of the nails before applying them again.
